Ryan Ingleby

Hello!

Hi, I’m Ryan!

Sometimes it’s not that everything is falling apart, it is that you are done carrying it all. Maybe you have tried therapy before and want something deeper, or you notice old patterns showing up in relationships. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, existential anxiety, and challenges in their relationships. Together, we slow down, look beneath the surface, and start making sense of what has been hard.

    • You're sitting with bigger questions about meaning, identity, or where you're headed

    • You're ready to slow down and look beneath the surface, rather than just manage what's on top

    • You've tried therapy before and are looking for something that goes deeper

  • Thoughtful, insightful, easy to open up to

    • Existential questions about meaning, uncertainty, and how to live with what we can't control

    • Exploring identity and the parts of ourselves we've kept beneath the surface

    • The complexities of relationships, intimacy, and connection — with individuals and couples alike

What I Help With:

  • Big life transitions and the uncertainty that comes with them

  • The weight of depression — the heaviness, the flatness, the sense that something's gone missing

  • Carrying trauma that still shapes how you feel and relate today

  • Bigger questions about meaning, mortality, and how to live with what you can't control

  • Recurring patterns that keep surfacing in your relationships

  • Strengthening connection, communication, and intimacy as a couple

  • Family dynamics and the roles you learned to play growing up

  • Figuring out who you are and the parts of yourself you've kept beneath the surface
